Kirstin Everard

President & Founder

Kirstin has over 25 years of event marketing experience exclusively in the Natural Products Industry. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Kirstin started her career managing the Santa Barbara Farmers' Market Association, coordinating 6 local markets a week, events and community outreach/education, and marketing. Kirstin then worked for Balance Bar Company in its beginning stages, and helped usher explosive growth there for over 4 years, managing a very aggressive event marketing campaign that included sponsorship of over 500 events annually. Primarily through event marketing and grassroots promotions, Balance Bar grew exponentially and eventually sold to Kraft Foods. Kirstin worked for Kraft Foods for 1 year, and then went on to create her own company, Turn-Key Marketing and Promotions, with hopes that she could provide grassroots growth tools to Natural Product Companies, nationwide. When Kirstin is not working, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, ocean-dwelling, and occasionally scorekeeping for her 9-year-old son’s baseball and soccer games!

Angelina Hippen

VP Business Development

Angelina joined the Turn-Key Marketing team in 2007 and brings event management expertise and creative thinking to each client campaign she coordinates. She is passionate about keeping Turn-Key on the crest of sustainable business practices in all aspects of client programs and the office headquarters, which led to Turn-Key receiving their B Corp Certification in 2015.  She graduated with a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara and received her MA in Organizational Management from Antioch University, where she focused her research on organizational sustainability. When she isn’t in the office, you'll find Angelina keeping up with her 2 young daughters, hiking in the woods, or hitting the beach.

Brigitte Shaw

Brigitte started working with Turn-Key in 2001 but prior to that she worked with closely with Kirstin in the Event Marketing Department at Balance Bar Company. She has over 20 years of experience in campaign management and event coordination and brings enthusiasm and vitality to all of the Turn-Key campaigns she coordinates.  Having a son who is gluten and dairy intolerant fuels her passion to help introduce alternative and healthy products into the homes of consumers.  When she’s not in the office she’s busy trying to keep up with her 2 very active sons.

Sarah joined the Turn-Key Marketing team in 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Education after earning her BS from Oregon State University in 1997. She has a passion for education and project management and strives to provide Clients with the professionalism and diligence they have come to expect. She approaches each campaign as an opportunity to ensure sure no detail is overlooked and that things run smoothly from start to finish. She believes strongly in providing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for her own family, and loves having the opportunity at Turn-Key to help educate others about organic products and sustainability. When she’s not in the office, she spends her time with family and friends, running local trails, camping, kayaking, reading and working in the garden.

Kristin Nute

Kristin joined the Turn-Key Team in 2005 and brings in-depth field experience and coordination expertise to her position as National Account Manager.   Kristin started with Turn-Key managing events and tours in the Northern California region and brings enthusiasm and fresh perspective to all of the Turn-Key’s campaigns she coordinates.  Kristin graduated with a BA in International Relations from Lewis & Clark College in Portland OR.  When she’s not in the office, Kristin can be found exploring the great outdoors or volunteering with the Sierra Nevada Section of the American Alpine Club and the Environmental Action Committee in Northern California.

Shelly Blades Hastings

Shelly began working for Turn-Key in the field as a Tour Manager on the Go Mambo Tour in 2005. She managed numerous campaigns, including Tours, Costco Roadshows, Festivals & Expos, Guerrilla Campaigns, and In-store Demos.  In 2013, she transitioned from the field to the office to coordinate nationwide campaigns.  Shelly brings over 10 years of field marketing experience along with her graphics background and her passion for a clean eating healthy lifestyle to the Turn-Key team.  She graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising. When she isn’t in the office, you will find Shelly playing with her two kitties, hiking, cruising the coast with her hubby, or discovering new restaurants in LA.

Jacquie joined the Turn-Key team in 2014 after numerous years as a PGA Golf Professional.  She brings her "Yes we can!" attitude to every campaign and event she coordinates, always facing challenges and goals with a smile. Jacquie graduated with honors from Carroll College and has 20 years of experience in teaching and staging professional events in the golf industry. Working at Turn-Key’s clients has ignited a passion for health and wellness. When not at work, Jacquie enjoys pilates, training for races, walking her dog, and boating.

Terra joined the Turn-Key team in 2015 and brings health education experience, retail expertise, and positivity to each campaign she coordinates. She is passionate about bringing healthy, quality food to the community and about working for a B Corp certified company. Terra graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Public Health; with an emphasis in health promotions and health behavior. She also has a minor in sociology—all a great combination in promoting healthy products for Turn-Key clients! During college, Terra focused a lot of time working with the Healthy Youth Program, teaching wellness and healthy lifestyle choices to children and their families in the local community. When she isn’t in the office, you’ll find Terra outside playing softball, doing CrossFit, hiking with her two dogs or hanging out with her family.

Joining the Turn-Key team in January 2010, Linda brings over 15 years of accounting experience to the Turn-Key team as Director of Finance and her goal is accurate, timely billings and payments. She enjoys learning about the world of natural products and loves sampling the products that clients send to the office! Linda is a native Oregonian and loves spending time at the beach. When she’s not at work, you will find her quilting and reading.

Chance joined the Turn-Key team in 2016 after a long career with Apple. He brings a vast knowledge of technology and customer service expertise to the inner workings of all the campaigns he touches. Chance has a CAN DO spirit and a fresh perspective on the natural products industry. If there is a better solution to your logistical problem, he will find it! He attended Oregon State University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.  Outside of work you will find him perfecting his Bulgogi recipe, tending to his urban container garden or catching some live music.

Kelsey joined the Turn-Key Marketing team in 2016 after working for a certified sustainable and organic farm, Stahlbush Island Farms. She brings to the team her aptitude for multi-tasking, a product of her days as a logistics coordinator, and enthusiasm about discovering new natural products and brands. Kelsey graduated in 2013 from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Zoology. While she’s away from her desk, Kelsey enjoys visiting friends, finding new trails to explore, and cuddling with her two cats.

Chelsea joined the Turn-Key Marketing team in 2016, and adds a knowledge and passion for nutrition as well as an upbeat and positive attitude to the Turn-Key team. Chelsea graduated from Oregon State University in 2012 with a BA in Nutrition Science and Minor in Chemistry. For the past three years Chelsea worked educating and promoting holistic pet foods and products. Chelsea is extremely enthusiastic about the natural and organic industry and all of the Turn-Key client campaigns she works on. On the weekends you can find Chelsea hiking with her husband and their dog Scout, riding bikes, playing disc golf, or testing out new recipes.

Chris joins the Turn-Key team with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry as a Sales and Marketing Associate. Chris enjoys establishing long term client relationships that are built on providing well informed recommendations. Outside of the office, Chris enjoys ice hockey, gardening, and spending time with his family and dog Rocket.

Samantha joined the Turn-Key team with passionate drive for both health and sustainability. While completing her degree in New Media Communications from Oregon State University, Samantha worked for the Sustainability Office promoting awareness in everything from architecture to agriculture. She has worked for multiple local and family-owned businesses in Corvallis and cares deeply about community involvement. When she’s not at the office, you can find Samantha snacking in the garden, trying out a new video game, or taking her tandem bike to the farmers market.

Teena joins the Turn-Key team with experience and enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition. Teena graduated from Oregon State with honors obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences as well as an Associate degree in Exercise Sports Science. Teena stays involved with her community having worked with the Boys and Girls club as an Assistant kindergarten teacher and Coach for softball and basketball. Teena is passionate about health and wellness with the hope that her work with Turn-Key will bring smiles to retail customer faces by introducing them to amazing products that Turn-Key represents. Away from the office you will find Teena at early morning CrossFit sessions, playing competitive slow pitch softball, exploring Oregon, or relaxing with her two dogs.
