Cody Farnes

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

I am somewhat of a mountain biking nerd. I really enjoy riding, I geek out on components, trails and bike maintenance, and I get seriously fired up to ride new terrain.

A little bit about Cody

If you were a superhero what would your name and power be?

My superpower would be the positive encouragement of others! I have the ability to make others feel comfortable and welcome in a variety of situations, and I enjoy seeing others be successful and contributing where I can.

IF YOU WERE A CHARACTER ON TV WHO WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?

I like to consider myself a bit of Steve Harrington from Stranger Things. On the surface clean-cut and seemingly predictable, but underneath there’s significant depth to his personality.

HOW DOES THAT RELATE TO YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE?

This quality helps me relate to people and seek to understand what they’re passionate about. In the workplace and in my personal life, I like to ask people about themselves and learn what they value.

Is there a fun fact that no one knows?

I am somewhat of a mountain biking nerd. I really enjoy riding, I geek out on components, trails and bike maintenance, and I get seriously fired up to ride new terrain.

What are the “hats” that you wear at work?

I am fortunate to be in a position where I can fill a number of roles at Turn-Key. I get to see the logistics side from the perspective of shipping and receiving and what processes occur to make events and store demos happen. I also get to participate in some of the more unique aspects of projects that come up and collaborate with great teammates

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?

I am an amateur food enthusiast and particularly enjoy sharing meals with my wife. I will occasionally splurge on a nice meal of salmon and side vegetables, but the real cheat food for me is a quality hamburger. Bo and Vine here in Corvallis is a go-to spot.
